One-on-One Meeting

Our One-on-One meetings are hosted by the video-conferencing tool Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams is a service of the Microsoft Corporation, based One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. Because of this, the data are processed in the USA. You may find their privacy policy over here: https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement. The provider participates in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and therefor confirms the protection of personal data and security standards concering the notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement for personal data outside the EU in accordance with the Privacy Shield Framework.

Collected Data

Personal Data:

  • name, mail address, statistical data, participation duration, data provided by you (e.g. questions in the chat), address

Text, Audio and Video Data:

  • If you use the chat the entered text will be processed to show in the chat. In order to enable the display of video and the playback of audio, the data from the microphone of your terminal device and any video camera on the terminal device are processed accordingly for the duration of the meeting. You can switch off or mute the camera or microphone yourself at any time using the applications.

Purposes and Means of the Processing of Personal Data:

  • Conducting webinars on the internet and advertising our products and services

  • Art. 6 GDPR: Lawfulness of processing; especially 1a and 1f
  • Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR: legitimate interest in conducting data provided by you to optimize our services and products

VirtualLab Fusion Lounge Software

Our VirtualLab Fusion lounge is hosted by the platform Wonder (herinafter called „lounge provider“). Wonder is a service of the company Yotribe GmbH, based in Kommandantenstraße 77, 10117 Berlin, Germany (processor). We have concluded a Data-Processing-Addendum with the lounge provider, in which we oblige him to protect our customers’ data and not to pass them on to third parties. The integration of the provider serves to ensure that the meeting is carried out technically and with professional tools. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1 f) GDPR.

To participate in the lounge, you must click the link provided to you and will then be forwarded the website of the provider. Please also note its data protection declaration.

Collected Data when using a wonder room as a guest

Personal Data:

  • user name, picture (provision is voluntary)

Text, Audio and Video Data:

Our surveys are hosted by the platform easyfeedback (herinafter called "survey provider"). Easyfeedback is a service of the company easyfeedback GmbH, based in Ernst-Abbe-Straße 4, 56070 Koblenz, Germany. We have concluded a Data-Processing-Addendum with the provider, in which we oblige him to protect our customers' data and not to pass them on to third parties.
