Polarization Controlled Bifocal Lens System

Based on Nanofin Metalens

Abstract

This work presents a polarization-controlled bifocal system consisting of a nanofin-based metalens and an aspheric lens. The metalens provides two opposite phase modes (design and conjugated), selectable by incident circular polarization, while linear polarization excites both modes simultaneously, producing two distinct foci.
