Lightguides for Augmented and Mixed Reality with Holographic and Surface-Relief Grating Couplers
We explained why VirtualLab Fusion is at its best in lightguide devices for augmented and mixed reality (AR & MR). Its 'connecting field solvers' technology allows us to combine a rigorous field solver for the grating regions of the light guide with other, less resource-intensive but equally accurate methods for other parts of the system.
