LightTrans' Reaction to Coronavirus

The Management Board decided last week, according to the general recommendations of social distancing, that all our employees should switch to working remotely from home. Throughout this week we have been making the necessary adjustments to implement this decision. The health of our employees comes first. Nevertheless, our work continues as usual.
We are there for you in this situation. However, due to the restructuring which must be undertaken in such a juncture, it is possible that some inquiries and processes may take slightly longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience during this time and ask for your understanding.
Please note that you will from this point forth and for the duration of the current special circumstances only be able to reach us via email. Additionally, we can arrange an online meeting if necessary.

We are facing an extraordinary situation full of uncertainty and unforeseeable developments. In such a situation a clear and concise communication from ourselves is absolutely essential. We are monitoring all advice issued by the Government daily. But besides following this advice, we have made some additional decisions.
We – the management board – have decided that all business trips until the end of June will be canceled without substitution. This decision wasn’t an easy one. But the health of our employees is right now the most important thing. We won’t risk that.
Unfortunately, this also means that LightTrans won’t attend the following exhibitions (we would of course reconsider the decision, should the organizers of the corresponding events decide to postpone them to a later date): OPIE, CLEO and LASYS.
We are all under the lucky situation that we can (if necessary) work remotely. This means that you can still reach us whenever you need.
Furthermore, we will offer some webinars in the near future. We will inform you as soon as possible about the dates.
We have to keep the positive things in mind and make the best of this situation.
