Our next software course is scheduled for October 8-12 2012. It will take place at our main office in Jena. The first part (October 8-9) is intended for users without or with low knowledge of VirtualLab™. It gives an ”Introduction to LightTrans VirtualLab™” and is intended to facilitate participation in the subsequent course (October 10-12) on ”Analysis and Design of Diffractive and Micro-Optical Systems”. This second course will give an introduction into the modeling, analysis and design of micro structured and diffractive optical components with freeform refractive, diffractive and hybrid surfaces.
